Where can I request a quote or place an order?

The process is very simple and works exactly the same for quotes and orders.

-You can place a quote/order online.
– Should you want to supply us with your own garment/s for printing you can send us an email.
No quotation/order can be placed and will be accepted on our WhatsApp business account number.

Can I provide you with my own item/garment?

We do not prefer to print on garments that are not supplied by our trusted suppliers, but we may be able to assist you with this option. Please refer to our terms and conditions to receive all information regarding this matter.

What type of printing method do you use?

We offer sublimation printing.

We can only print on fabric which is 100% polyester or made of, at least, 2/3 of polyester. The higher the polyester count the brighter the print will be. For non-textile substrates, only items which have a special polyester coating can be used. This is why we only buy our printable items from our trusted suppliers.

Sublimation items must have a white or light-coloured print area. Black or dark-coloured surfaces can’t be sublimated.

We make use of CMYK colours and cannot print white, which means that everywhere there is white on the design the print will take on the base colour of the item/fabric.

The resolution of the image/design we receive from the customer will affect the quality of the final product.

Our printer and press only allows for a print size just under A4 and therefor we cannot print in large format.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept EFT/Bank Transfer payments into our business bank account.

We require a 50% deposit to reflect in our bank account before we commence designing, printing or fullfilling any orders.
Thereafter the outstanding amount needs to reflect in our bank account before orders are released for collection/delivery.

Please note that all invoices are only valid for 15 days from date of issue.

Do you offer shipping?

We make use of a few reliable courier companies that the customer can choose from.  This will be for your account. The courier amount will be confirmed with you for approval.

Do you ship internationally?

We are only registered to trade in South Africa and therefore we regrettably do not ship internationally.

How do I track my order?

After order completion we will book your order for shipment and send your tracking number/tracking link to you via email/Whatsapp.

Can I collect my order?

If you are in the Cape Town area you are welcome to use our free collection/pick-up option.
This option is also available for customers who prefer to make use of their own courier for collection. Please inform us should you want to make use of your own courier for collection.

What are the lead times on orders?

Lead times may vary, depending on the type of products and quantity ordered. We are a small business and it is not always possible to entertain urgent orders.

What is your return/refund policy?

Great care is taken to ensure that all shipped/collected products are in a working/complete state. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order please inform us via email within the time frame of  48 hours from order received. Please provide proper proof and supply us with a full detailed report for the reason not satisfied. Due to the nature of our service offered we do not accept returns. Refunds will be issued at the sole descretion of YTB.
